A free online service for Australian adults, offering mental health assessments, courses, and treatment programs for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic pain. Provides therapist-guided support.

Black Dog Institute: Online Clinic

Offers self-assessment tools and online programs to help individuals manage mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Also provides a series of evidence-based apps and e-mental health resources.

Provides online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programs for anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. The courses are low cost, structured, and include self-paced modules.
