Mindspot
A free online service for Australian adults, offering mental health assessments, courses, and treatment programs for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic pain. Provides therapist-guided support.

Black Dog Institute: Online Clinic
Offers self-assessment tools and online programs to help individuals manage mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Also provides a series of evidence-based apps and e-mental health resources.

This Way Up
Provides online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programs for anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. The courses are low cost, structured, and include self-paced modules.

MyCompass
A self-help tool developed by the Black Dog Institute, MyCompass offers interactive activities and practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and depression. It provides tailored feedback based on users' self-assessments.
