Medicare Rebate - To access a Medicare rebate, please speak to your GP to see if you are eligible to be referred under the Mental Health Care Plan. This means that if you are seeing a Clinical Psychologist, you are able to claim $136.35 for a 50-minute session, $92.90 if you are seeing a General Psychologist and $81.90 with an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. In a calendar year you get up to 10 Medicare rebated sessions. ​ Self and Plan Managed NDIS - At this present time we are only able to see those under The National Disability Insurance Scheme whom are self or plan managed. ​ Private health insurance - Please check with your health fund provider whether you are eligible for benefits. ​ Workcover or CTP - We are able to see clients referred under NSW Workcover or CTP. Please speak to your treating doctor and insurer whether psychology or counselling sessions are approved.

This depends on a range of factors including what the presenting issues are, severity, personal circumstances and goals for therapy.

Sessions go for 50 minutes, with 10 minutes allocated afterwards for your clinician to write notes.

Telehealth psychology services means that you are able to receive psychological services through using tele-conferencing platform (phone or video). This means that you do not need to see a Psychologist face to face and can speak to a therapist from the comfort of your own home. Our telehealth platform is easy to use where we send you a link for your sessions and all you need to do is click on the link to speak to your clinician. No programs or complicated processes to get started!
